Occasions at McBirney
McBirney Mansion can accommodate up to 200 guests for a cocktail reception and up to 135 for a seated dinner. Our outdoor terrace is a lovely venue for your wedding and will seat up to 165.
- Basic Rental: $3500.00
- Prime Time: Fridays, Saturdays & Holidays
- Hours:
- Mondays–Saturdays: noon to 11 p.m.
- Sundays: 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Valet Parking: Required for events of more than 40 guests.

- All eight guest suites must be reserved for wedding weekends.

- Capacity:
- 165 seated in garden, 200 for cocktails or seated with additional tenting.
- Reservations:
- Your date for The Mansion will be held by a $1000 deposit in cash or check. Balance is due two months prior to event. If cancelled more than six months in advance there will be a $500 refund. If cancelled between three and six months there will be a $50 refund. Three months and under, no refund. $1000.00 damage deposit due at contract signing.
- Rehearsals:
- Rehearsals are free of charge and may be made two months prior to the wedding. Rehearsals may take place Monday–Friday anytime between 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Times requested may not be available due to other events scheduled at The Mansion.
- Available for Use:
- Large dining room table 98" x 48", 2–40" round tables, 4–48" round tables, 1 conference table 117" x 38", 2 drop-leaf tables, 2 small dining room tables.
Ceremonies at The Mansion
- Ceremony Rate: $1500
- Basic Rental: Your choice of public rooms, veranda or lower garden.
- Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: noon to 11 p.m.
- Last minute reservations may be made for Saturdays (three months prior, based on availability) and Sundays (four months prior, depending on event bookings).
- Time Allocated: 1 hour
- Reservations:
- Date for The Mansion will be held by a full payment of $1500 (non-refundable and non-transferable).

Honeymoon Sweet
A peaceful escape… a sumptuous haven with all the requisite amenities at Tulsa’s premier luxury inn. Newlyweds or “second honeymooners” will be pampered in our gorgeous Bishop’s Suite surrounded by fine linens and antiques. Relax by the fire. Nestle into the most comfortable bed you’ve ever slept in. Awake on your first morning and linger over coffee and freshly baked muffins or scones before joining us in the dining room for a gourmet breakfast. Celebrate your wedding or rekindle the romance at McBirney Mansion. This package includes:
